Holy Family Parish

Dear Friends, 

       The dog days of August are upon us. We rejoice in this 90+ degree weather. Don't forget that our Holy Family Church has AC working overtime for your comfort this summer. Also for your comfort: new pads on the pew seats, backs and kneelers. Come worship with us at 4:00 pm on Saturdays, and on Sundays at 7:30, 9:00, 11:00 and 12:30. All are welcome, especially visitors to the area and those who are traveling thru the area. 
     By the way, now that we have new fabric on the pews, the carpet is not looking so great. I am accepting donations for new church carpet. Maybe by Christmas we will be able to "roll out the carpet" for the Magi traveling from the East. Let me know if you'd  like to help with this project. 

     Mark your calendars: Monday , Aug. 6 is our Rediscover Catholicism at 7 pm in the parish center. Saturday, Aug. 18 Holy Family Parish golf outing, Sunday, Aug. 19: benefit dinner for Mark Sullivan at Luciano's in Austintown and Tuesday, Aug. 21 is the first day of school. Enjoy August!
